    Great news! Nearly 87 on the first, 102 on the second, and 83 on the third! I’m shooting for 82 so I can say I spent half my life Sober in the Program of Alcoholics Anonymous, but the female members of my family usually live much longer than that, with some of the men making it nearly to 100, too!

    I can’t help wondering if the science really does back up the idea that eating breakfast is good for you, or whether this is something we have learnt by watching advertisements for breakfast cereal.

    the science does seem to back it up… although Weet Bix commercials have probably had a big impact too!
